Taibah is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Department. Taibah has experience advising on commercial and corporate matters, including initial formation and joint ventures, capitalization, distribution and franchise arrangements, foreign direct investments, corporate structuring and
compliance with domestic laws and regulations.
Furthermore, her experience includes advising on data protection and employment matters and handling various contracts and legal documents.
Taibah is a qualified lawyer registered in the Kuwaiti Bar Association since 2016. She is a holder of an LLB from KILAW, and she obtained her LLM in Corporate Law from KILAW on 2020
