Noura Al-Yaqout is an associate in the Corporate Advisory Department and plays a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel. She has expertise in handling a diverse array of advising, negotiating, and drafting contracts, legal documents, corporate structuring and compliance with domestic laws and regulations, and assisting on commercial and corporate matters.

Noura’s legal career encompasses both corporate and litigation expertise, allowing her to address a wide range of legal challenges. Her diverse legal background equips her with skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality legal work while maintaining strong ethical and professional standards.

Noura is a qualified lawyer registered in the Kuwaiti Bar Association since 2019. She is a holder of an LLB from KILAW, and she obtained her LLM in Corporate Law from KILAW in 2022.
