Tareq Al-Qabandi is a trilingual Associate in the Corporate Advisory Department, with a wealth of experience in Business and Corporate laws. He has a deep understanding of the complex legal issues that businesses and corporations often face, and is known for his ability to provide top-quality legal advice and representation to his clients.
Throughout his career, Tareq has worked on a wide range of matters, including data protection, labor, consumer, competition, e-commerce, banking, and finance issues. He also has a strong track record of drafting and reviewing a wide range of complex commercial contracts, alongside with providing legal advice on corporate laws activities (e.g. agencies, franchises, distribution, incorporation of a company, incorporation of a Joint-Venture and M&A).
In addition to his legal work, Tareq is constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow in his field. He has participated in numerous workshops, training sessions, and conferences, and has a passion for staying up to date on the latest developments in business and corporate laws.
Tareq holds an LLB degree in law from the Université de Perpignan Via Domitia in France (2017), and an LLM in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of Essex in the UK (2022).
