Ashraf Rashwan is a lawyer at the Cassation Court and the Supreme Constitutional Court (Egypt), has experience in the work of law and legal consultations for approximately thirty-five years, almost half of which in the State of Kuwait. He has a long experience in writing memorandums, case papers, and appeals, and editing and preparing legal consultations, studies, and research in various branches of law ( Civil, commercial, administrative, penal, corporate, labor, compensation, insurance, personal status, and endowments), and owner and editor of the “Legal Blog – by Ashraf Rashwan” on the Internet (egyptian-awkaf.blogspot.com).

Ashraf Rashwan holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Cairo University with a good general grade (class of 1987).
